Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invites companies to download RFQ documentation and submit a Quote for the above mentioned contract.

Please ensure Quote submissions are submitted before the Quote close date and time.

Late Quote submissions will not be accepted.

The City of Kingston is seeking submissions to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor to Netball Storage Upgrade at Gerry Green Reserve.

The successful tenderer will be required to deliver the following scope of works and services in this contract, including the following, but not limited to:

  • Site establishment
  • Removal/demolish of existing first story structure
  • Excavation works both internal and external
  • Pouring of internal concrete base
  • Construction/installation of walls, brick works and doors
  • Internal lighting
  • Installation of gutters, flashings and downpipes
  • Installation of fixed heavy duty shelving internally
  • External rendering
