Request for Information (RFI): Library Management System

Key problem/s

ASIC seeks to explore contemporary LMS solutions that can integrate seamlessly with existing systems and enhance service delivery.

The current library system is functioning well, but we plan to explore options from other sellers to gather information about other available products that meet modern requirements for digital resource management, analytics, and user experience. 

The users and their needs

The scope includes provision of Library Management System software and associated services. Key components include:

•  Software for managing physical and electronic resources.
•  Integration with ASIC’s internal systems and multi-authentication protocols.
•  Implementation services, user training, and ongoing support.
•  Compliance with security and data protection standards
•  features for handling, tracking, collaborating on user requests, and generating statistical reports are highly desirable.
•  features that enable creating, storing, publishing, and managing internal knowledge resources are highly desirable.
