To the many, many sellers who responded to RFI-02385 in January 2025 - thank you for your time and sharing your seller profiles.
The Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity (the Entity) is now requesting submissions from suitably experienced sellers to lead the development of the first pass business case for a modern user portal, in alignment with the Whole-of-Government Digital and ICT Investment Oversight Framework (IOF).
The delivery of a modern user portal will be a significant step in the Entity’s digital transformation, realising the decommissioning of two existing systems (the Commonwealth Courts Portal and eLodgment). The portal will be accessed by thousands of users daily, and act as the primary interface between the Courts/Tribunal and the community.
At the completion of this engagement will be a final and endorsed First Pass Business Case in the approved DTA template.
