Comprehensive Revaluation of Building Assets

Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the comprehensive revaluation of approximately 174 building assets owned by Horsham Rural City Council. The revaluation aims to establish accurate and up-to-date fair values for financial reporting and strategic planning purposes. The process will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Australian Accounting Standards AASB 116 and AASB 13.

A site visit has been arranged for this project, however it is not mandatory to attend and you may still sumbit a quote if you are unable to make it.
