Tender Description
DevelopmentWA aims to set up a Panel of capable Civil and Earthwork Contractors under a single set of Terms and Conditions, who will potentially be invited to tender on different project works over the lifespan of the Panel.
Setting up a Civil construction and Earthworks Services Panel endeavours to:
- Maintain a capable group (Panel) of Contractors to expedite landscaping construction works Assess capabilities of firms with adequate managerial, technical and financial capacity to deliver projects and the anticipated contracting works program;
- Promote best practice in the landscaping industries through establishing standards for Occupational Safety and Health Management, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management; and
- Minimise tendering costs for DevelopmentWA and the landscaping industries.
DevelopmentWA's Panel is intended to directly relate to emerging work patterns in the landscaping industry and will supersede all previous classifications or previous prequalification.
