Clyde North West Family & Community Centre

Casey City Council is inviting submissions from experienced and suitably qualified contractors for the construction of Clyde North West Family & Community Centre and the delivery of all associated works, as detailed in the Tender Specifications.

The new building and surrounding site works will incorporate the following:

- Airlock;

- Foyer;

- Two Maternal Child Health Consult Rooms, Internal Storeroom, and Maternal Child & Health Waiting Area;

- Public Amenities including Accessible WCs

- Three Playrooms each with associated Kitchenettes, Childrens WCs, Kitchen/Art Room,

- Waiting Area, Storerooms, and Locker Spaces;

- Kinder Office;

- Community room (including kitchenette), Family WC, Storerooms (external and internal), and Community Kitchen;

- Kitchen Hub with Courtyard access;

- Shared Staff/Admin Office and Kitchenette;

- Outdoor areas including licenced external Play Areas, Entry Forecourt, Courtyard;

- Community Room Outdoor Areas, Hard and Soft landscape around the facility.

The site is located at 75 Springleaf Avenue, Clyde North VIC 3978. Prospective tenderers are recommended to inspect the site prior to submitting, as no site or tender briefing will be held.
