Tender Description

Benalla Rural City Council is seeking an experienced consultant to prepare a Utility Services Assessment for the Benalla Future Economy Employment Precinct.

The consultant should assess existing infrastructure within and around the precinct, including:

  •   Roads and transport networks.
  •   Utilities (water, sewer, electricity, gas).
  •   Digital infrastructure.
  •   Logistics and freight connections.
  •   Drainage assessment and flood management.
