Tender Description
The City of Salisbury invites tenders for the Provision of a Pathway Audit. Council is looking to engage a contractor to undertake an audit for the pathway network and provide reporting as per the specifications.
Scope:
The City of Salisbury requires all nominated pathways to be assessed in accordance with their classification and construction type.
The audit is to be conducted in accordance with all relevant legislation, standards, guidelines and Council policies to ensure compliance, consistency and alignment with best practice asset management.
Consultants are required to reference these documents in methodology, assessment, and reporting, ensuring that all recommendations and findings are supported by recognised frameworks and Council’s strategic and operational requirements.
This includes compliance with contemporary accessibility standards, safe pedestrian design, asset condition assessment protocols and integration with Council’s Asset Management System and GIS platforms.
