RFT - UTS Technology Integration Professional Services (TIPS) Panel

UTS seeks to establish a Panel of credentialed and predominantly Sydney-based suppliers with the capability, experience, and capacity to meet the Professional Services requirements of any category of work in this RFT. The purpose of the Panel is to provide UTS with an efficient mechanism for ordering services from preferred suppliers in a manner that is agile and efficient, appropriately competitive and that offers value-for-money procurement through a probity-rich and transparent framework.

UTS seeks to expand the current Technology Integration Professional Services Panel arrangement for the supply of technology integration consultants. Suppliers with the credentialed capability, experience, and capacity are invited response to this tender for the supply of Integration Professional Services as set out in the scope of the RFT. Consultants may be placed on short to long project engagements, or the Consultants may be required for advisory purposes for new technologies or operational issues.

A key goal for UTS is to provide Integration resources at short notice (within two weeks) to assist on project and operational activities when needed ranging from development, solution designing, and architecting integration solutions on either the integration platform, Boomi, Denodo, or with AWS services. The vision is to source from a pool of skilled, senior resources available to assist when required to ensure a quick response to project and operational needs at UTS. The sourcing model needs to be easy to use as an extension to the existing UTS Integration team and contribute towards the established Integration strategy and roadmap.

UTS may select and contract with more than one supplier based on the technology-based skillsets offered. Respondents to this tender may apply for one or all of the technology professional skills categories required:

• Category A – Boomi Technology Integration Professional Services
• Category B – AWS Technology Integration Professional Services
• Category C – Denodo Technology Integration Professional Services

Current well performing panellists may be retained on the existing panel without a response to tender requirements subject to UTS review of any price refresh and nomination of any further service categories.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Submissions must be fully received by 16:00 AEDT Friday 12th December 2025. UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
