Scope

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, being part of the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, is seeking a licensee for the Perisher Medical Centre at Perisher Valley in the Kosciuszko National Park. Through the Centre, the licensee will provide a very high standard of trauma care, patient management and medical services seven days per week during the operational snow season (early June to early October). The licensee will provide these critical services to the community and snow season visitors to the Perisher Range Resorts for the 2026 and 2027 snow seasons, with the opportunity for extension of the licence for the 2028, 2029 and 2030 snow seasons.

Non-mandatory Site Visit

Potential respondents may arrange an inspection of the Perisher Medical Centre by contacting the Principal’s Contact Person nominated in Part A of this Request for Tender. Inspections will be arranged between 24 November 2025 and 5 December 2025, during business hours and on business days. Note that inspections are encouraged but not a mandatory requirement of responding to this request for tender.
