Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking an experienced commercial grade cleaning provider for its public buildings and facilities at multiple locations throughout the City of Cockburn.
The tender is divided into the following three (3) separate service areas. Tenderers may apply for one, part or all of the following services:
Service Area A – Public Facilities: Public Toilet Facilities (B01A)
Service Area B – Community & Administration Facilities: Community Centres, Administration Offices and Libraries (B01B)
Service Area C – Cockburn ARC (B01C)
The proposed Contract shall be for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of commencement of the Contract, with Principal instigated options to extend the period for an additional one (1) year period; and for up to twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years, the Contract is expected to commence in March/April 2026.

- Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request;
