Overview
The City of Belmont requires the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide scheduled kitchen exhaust system, grease filter exchange, and kitchen equipment cleaning services across multiple City-owned and managed facilities.
Purpose
The services are required to ensure kitchen exhaust systems and cooking equipment remain safe, hygienic, compliant with relevant regulations, and fit for ongoing operation.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Scheduled kitchen exhaust system cleaning services
- Grease filter exchange services
- Kitchen equipment cleaning services
- Planned maintenance services undertaken in accordance with the City's cleaning schedule
- Reactive maintenance services in response to requests issued during the contract term
