Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

Please ensure tenders are submitted before the tender close date and time.

Late tender submissions will not be accepted.

All tender questions must be raised via the online forum

The scope of works for this contract include the following:

  • Preliminaries and site establishment
  • Removal and replacement of roof sheets, gutters, downpipes, eaves as per the drawings and specification (Please refer to Schedule of Attachments)
  • Roof insulation and weatherproofing
  • Roof access safety system plan, certification and installation
  • Test, commission and handover
  • As-built documentation, warranties and O&M manual
  • Building Permit by Council
  • Asset Protection Permit and other relevant permits/ approvals by contractor
  • Utility authorities approval by contractor if any required
