APSC2612 - Assurance Services for Workforce Metrics Modernisation Program

APSC requires assurance services for the Workforce Metrics Modernisation Program. This is likely to involve Delivery Confidence Assessment reports and one closure report (or readiness-to-close report).

As part of the assurance services, the assurer will meet with the APSC Senior Responsible Officer, vendor, business owner, project manager, business analyst, subject matter expert and other stakeholders as identified throughout the review to discuss delivery confidence, areas of concern and suggestions for improvement.

An assurance review of relevant project documents may include:

• Project management plans (including risk and change management plans)
• Progress status reports
• Governance documents
• Meeting minutes
• Contract documents

The assessor will report on the following areas:

• Governance
• Program and project planning and status reporting
• Delivery approach
• Stakeholders, communication and engagement
• Risk and issues management
