This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a provider to deliver ICT training Services to enhance the agency’s digital skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
The provider must offer multi-tiered training pathways across the following domains:
- ICT Service Management & IT Governance
- Cloud & Infrastructure platforms
- Monitoring & Analytics
- End-User Computing & Modern Workplace
- DevOps & Automation
- New & Emerging Technologies (such as Artificial Intelligence)
- Networking & Security
- Enterprise Tools & Platforms
- Leadership Practices
- Asset Management
- Architecture practices
Training can be delivered through flexible modalities including, online, in-person, hybrid, and self-paced formats. Duration could range from microlearning (15–45 mins) to multi-day programs. Where applicable, training should lead to recognised industry certifications or credentials.
Accessibility and flexibility of delivery of training materials is a key factor that should be shared in responses to this approach to market.
