Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders for the provision of interim caretaker services of the turf and surrounds at Pakenham Golf Course (Deep Creek Reserve). Works will include but not be limited to turf cuting, watering, chemical application, pruning and weeding of tees, fairways, greens and green fringe, and general maintenance of paths, bunkers and surrounds.
Council proposes to appoint a contractor for an initial term of six (6) months, with month-to-month extension options thereafter.
It is a mandatory requirement of this Tender that potential contractors have experience in maintaining the turf of golf courses.
