Tender Description
Scope:
• Paint all internal Pre School walls, ceilings, windows, doors and trims to colour to be selected with 3 coats
• Relocate furniture as required (most will be packed down)
• Pre paint maintenance including plaster repairs (Inglewood children’s toilet ceiling)
• Site clean for handover back to staff
• Provide additional works quotation for external painting at all listed sites excluding masonry but including trims, fascia, downpipes etc.
