Provision Of Maintenance, Repair And Installation Irrigation Equipment

Horsham Rural City Council seeks to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the supply, maintenance, repair, and installation of irrigation equipment within Council’s parks, reserves and various landscaped areas throughout the municipality.

This is a schedule of rates contract. Multiple suppliers may be appointed the panel and quantum of works under this contract are not guaranteed.

This Contract is for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 February 2026 until 31 January 2029. Council may offer a further two (2), one (1) year optional terms to the Contract at its sole discretion.

Tenders must be uploaded to the electronic tender box. Council is not bound to accept any or the lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered. Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e etender Portal.

All enquiries regarding this request for tender must be lodged via the “question” option on the e-tendering portal.

Questions relating to this tender will be answered up until 12 Noon, 23 November 2025. Questions lodged post this date/time will not be responded to.
