Tender Description
The University of Canterbury (UC) is seeking submissions from suppliers with the capability and experience to deliver professional and effective accommodation management services for the operation of its student accommodation facilities. These facilities are University-owned or leased and cater to both first-year and returning students.
Registrations of Interest are sought for the provision of the following services across the specified accommodation facilities:
• Student pastoral care and residential life
• Hall administration, operations and marketing
• Catering (where indicated)
• Interior cleaning
• Asset and facilities management
Suppliers will be expected to deliver these functions as part of an integrated operating model that supports student well-being, service quality, and efficient facility management. A summary of the service areas is provided, with full detail to be issued to shortlisted respondents during the RFP stage.
