Closed Landfill Monitoring Bores

The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking proposals from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to undertake the drilling, installation and commissioning of groundwater, landfill gas (LFG) and leachate bores at the following locations:

• Glenrowan Landfill – Twamley Road Glenrowan 3675
• Markwood Landfill – 145 Forrest Road Mark wood 3675
• Moyhu Landfill Boggy Creek Road Moyhu 3675
• Eldorado Landfill 3 Woolshed Road Eldorado 3646
• Bowser East Landfill 5 Coleman Road North Wangaratta 3678

All works associated with this contract, including the drilling, installation, verification, and commissioning of monitoring bores at the specified landfill sites, must be fully completed and handed over to the Rural City of Wangaratta no later than 30 April 2026. This deadline is critical to ensure alignment with Council’s environmental monitoring schedules and regulatory compliance obligations.

All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 48 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

 Submissions

 All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

 Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
