Tender Description
Tenders will be invited to establish a panel of aged care service providers to take part in the Commonwealth funded Strengthening Medicare Initiative: Specialist Residential Respite Care Program. Through the Program, one-off payments will be made to Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) to provide care for older people with complex care needs, who are transitioning from a public hospital to permanent accommodation.
