Tender Description
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) requires a modern Point of Sale (POS) solution with integrated inventory management capability to support the Catering and Events operations within Parliament house.
DPS also requires an Events management system to schedule rooms, manage customer relations data, produce Banquet Event Orders, generate invoices, provide financial data to SAP to meet reporting needs.
The POS solution and the events management system will be required to integrate with each other.
