Electrical Services to upgrade/replace all outdated Switchboards located at Londonderry Core library. Electrical Services to complete an inspection for sub-main and underground cabling.

Project goals

Address all issues with current switchboard non-compliance

Inspect all sub-main and underground cabling for non-compliance

Scope

• Upgrade or replace switchboards.
•  Lack of Residual Current Devices (RCDs) on power
•  Lighting and 3 phase outlets
•  Circuits and other devices
• Repair/Replace incorrectly installed circuit protection devices •
• Proper labelling of breakers and circuits with updated legends
• Repair/Replace damaged buss bar insulation
• Thermographic photography and reporting on all switchboards and associated equipment
• Conduct inspection of sub-mains cabling and underground cabling
• Follow up inspection to verify actions taken for electrical compliance
