Provision of Stormwater Drain Cleaning Services

Horsham Rural City Council is seeking to engage a panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide stormwater drainage cleaning services within urban and rural townships of the municipality of Horsham.

Services include (without limitation to):

• Routine and reactive cleaning of all side entry pits, grated pits, junction boxes, and gully pits across
• Camera works, jetting, rodding, and vacuum extraction to remove silt and obstructions from underground pipes and culverts.
• Clearing blockages to ensure unimpeded flow through the stormwater network.
• Reporting of any defects, collapses, or blockages requiring capital repair.

The contract will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing 1 December 2025 until 30 November 2028, with a further one, 3 year optional term of contract to be exercised at Council’s sole discretion.

The award of this contract will be based on a panel supply arrangement where multiple suppliers may be appointed. Quantum of work is not guaranteed. Council reserves the right to appoint additional suppliers to the panel throughout the term of the contract as deemed necessary.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
