This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is seeking proposals for the provision of ICT Managed Services (Services) as specified in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) and in accordance with the Request for Quote (RFQ).
Through this RFQ, NHMRC is seeking to engage one or more Seller/s to provide the Services. Common service requirements apply to all Services. The Services may also include the provision of Project Services (in accordance with the process in the Statement of Requirements) and the provision of one or more Operation and Support Services, which include:
- Service Desk Management
- End User Computing and Support
- Server Management and Operations
- Network Management and Operations
- Cloud Management and Operations
- Security Operations
- After-Hours On-Call Support.
