Scope of Work:
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive hydraulic engineering support for Fixed Plant operations. The scope of services includes onsite and offsite diagnostic, repair, maintenance, component support and training.
1. Diagnostic, Repair & Maintenance and Component Management
• Provision of on-site and off-site hydraulic diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services.
• Restoration, repair, exchange, rebuild, or replacement of faulty or inoperative hydraulic components.
• Design, troubleshooting, and bench testing capabilities of hydraulic systems.
• Deployment of Subject Matter Expert (SME) Advisors to support high-volume operational sites with technical guidance and system optimisation.
• Deployment of fully equipped service vehicles capable of performing mobile testing, diagnostics, and repairs at operational sites.
• Ongoing benchmarking of service performance and cost efficiency to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.
2. Required Roles
This scope will require the provision of qualified personnel across the following roles:
• Trade Assistants
• Hydraulic Technicians
• Hose/Lube Technicians
• Engineers
3. Training Services
Delivery of OEM-aligned training programs, including:
• On-the-job training (OJT) for site personnel.
• Preventative maintenance training to enhance operational reliability and reduce downtime.
