Tender Description

Council invites suitably qualified tenderers to undertake the construction and upgrade of Edwin Flack Reserve Athletics Pavilion Upgrade. The project is located at 79-93I Manuka Road, Berwick VIC 3806.

Works to include but not be limited to the following:

  • Erection of safety fencing to fully enclose the area of works and maintain same in good condition throughout construction period.
  • Locate all existing services within the works area and required service connection points.
  • All concrete work including footings and pavement, as specified by structural engineer.
  • Civil works including reticulation of rainwater systems.
  • Construction of all external and internal walls, windows and doors.
  • Reticulation and connection of all sewerage and hot/cold water systems as required. Supply and install all plumbing fixtures and fittings as specified and required to complete the works.
  • Supply and install all roofing including metal roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes and trim required to complete the works.
  • Supply and install, frame, flashing and trim required to complete the works.
  • Supply and install all CCTV cameras and swipe card access controls through Citywatch Security.
  • Builder to read all documentation in conjunction provided in tender. Builder to allow for all contents in tender package.
  • Supply and reticulation of a complete electrical system, all parts and commissioning of same
  • Supply and installation of all joinery and fittings.
  • Painting of all works as required, including feature painting.
  • Supply and installation of all floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
  • Supply and installation of all hardware as required for doors, windows etc. The Principal to supply and install lock cylinders.
  • Supply and installation brickwork, and fibre cement sheet cladding as shown.
  • Supply and installation fibre cement sheet soffit lining as shown.
