AUSTRAC requires continued access to the existing Learnhub platform post December 2025. AUSTRAC requires whole-of-life costs for 650+ users of the platform, a Go1 subscription, Capabilities, Momentum and any additional costs that could be incurred though development of agency specific add-ons. The Learning Management System itself and the key personnel identified by the Seller will need to be able to meet the mandatory business requirements.

Seller specified personnel will also be required to undergo an AUSTRAC initiated Agency Suitability Assessment prior to performing services under this Contract. The Seller must not utilise any specified personnel in the performance of this Contract where they have been assessed as being not suitable through the Agency Suitability Assessment process. The Buyer is not required to substantiate or provide reasons where it assesses specified personnel as not suitable and the Buyer is not in any way liable in respect of claims by any person in respect of that Agency Suitability Assessment.
