⁠⁠⁠The Principal Tasman District Council is inviting tenders for Contract 1690 Saxton Green New Play Space – Design

The scope of the work is fully described in the tender document. This relates to the design and construction monitoring for a new inclusive and accessible playground at Saxton Green, Richmond/Stoke - the key items of work are:

Progress the basis of design and high-level layout plan already completed through consultation with our community and iwi partners
Continue consultation in partnership with the Council and develop final concept, detailed design and tender documents (including construction drawings)
Assist with procurement, construction management and defects monitoring.
