Victoria University is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) responses from competent and experienced contractors for the developing Centre of Excellence in Paramedicine (CoEP) at Victoria University’s Sunshine campus.

The project involves internal demolition and fit out to Building A at Sunshine Campus for simulation and teaching spaces for CoEP, with state-of-the-art facilities. The new design also includes new student congregation spaces and focus rooms, amalgamating to existing infrastructure. The works within Bldg. A will be across 3 levels, with majority of works on Lvl 01, while Lvl 02 and Lvl 03 having localized works within existing spaces.

Furthermore, as part of the project, a new pavilion for paramedicine ambulances and storage space is also being developed within the Sunshine campus, with upgrade to the access road and crossover to the pavilion.

The project is currently in DD stage and will be Fully documented Traditional Lump Sum Contract (Construct only) for the main works.

Following the EOI submission, a shortlist of preferred Contractors will be prepared by VU, and the selective Request for Tender (RFT) will be released to the shortlist in Nov 2025, with Tender close due in Dec 2025.

Construction is scheduled to commence from Feb 2026, with the project completion deadline in Sept 2026.
