Yarra Valley Water invites Expressions of Interest from OEM (Software) vendors / Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) / System Integrators / Partners for procurement of a next-generation Finance System to replace the legacy system.

This document contains information to assist prospective respondents to determine whether they should submit an expression of interest or not. It sets out the broad scope of the services and the selection criteria which will be used to identify pre-qualified vendors and includes a Response Schedule for respondents to complete.

YVW will shortlist respondents based on their EOI submissions and issue a Request for Tender (RFT) to shortlisted respondents in Jan / Feb 2026.
