Construction of Silkwater Plains Shared Path - Ross Street, Tatura Vic

Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor for the construction of the Silkwater Plains Shared Path located at Ross Street, Tatura Victoria.

A pre-tender site briefing will be held on site Friday 17 October 2025 at 1.00pm (AEDT).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 2449 Silkwater Plains Shared Path - Ross Street, Tatura Vic is a Lump Sum Contract.
• Council expressly advises that failure to supply pricing in the section provided will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm (AEDT) your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab no later than five (5) days prior to tender close.
