Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for Ellen Avenue Reconstruction SCS Seaspray. Works include earthworks, drainage, pavement construction.

The Date for practical completion is 27 February 2026

 All tenderers must register with the Council via a tender section of Wellington Shire Council Website

All Tender submission must be lodge electronically through the tendering portal no later than 2 pm Friday 24 October 2025. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.

All Questions and RFIs must be submitted via the portal.
