Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) is seeking responses for the provision of flexible, scalable and end-to-end graduate candidate management services for graduate campaigns of approximately 80 – 120 graduates per year, with the ability to scale up as required. Services include but are not limited to application screening and qualification process, assessments, shortlisting candidates to organisations, scheduling technical interviews with organisations, talent pool management, job offer management, and reporting/data analytics.
