Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake supply & installation of new reverse cycle air conditioners at Como Secondary College.
The Work includes but is not limited to an air-conditioning upgrade to classrooms, removal of all existing gas heater and evaporative units where applicable to Blocks AA and M, and a submains upgrade to Blocks AA and M during December 2025 holiday break. Power logging to Blocks Z, B & E in October, report will be issued.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 20 Bruce Street, Como on 8 Oct, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Como Secondary College. The location of the briefing will be 20 Bruce Street, Como WA 6152.
