Project goals
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to develop a Waste and Circular Economy Strategy (Strategy).
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 - Description of Services of this Request.
Scope
Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a Waste and Circular Economy Strategy (Strategy). The Strategy will establish a clear framework for waste management, resource recovery and circular economy initiatives over the next 20 years, aligning with community expectations, and State and Federal policy directions.
The Strategy will be professionally designed in accordance with Council’s Design Guidelines, and suitable for community consultation and adoption by Council.
