Tender Description
This RFT is for a new main switchboard to be designed, built and commissioned in separable modules to enable shifting of modules by manual lifting into the switch room and assembly within the switch room.
The modules must be able to be man-handled along the narrow landing that exists between the switch-room and adjacent building. Also, there are steps in the lane to be negotiated. Access difficulties are to be assessed by the manufacturer prior to the shop drawing design and appropriately sized modules must be incorporated into the design.
