Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites Civil Contractors to tender for the reconstruction of Swift Court and Wren Court in Wurruk, and a section of Justice Parade in Heyfield.
The date for practical completion is 30 January 2026.
All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the tendering portal.
All Tender submission must be lodge electronically through the tendering portal no later than 5 pm Wednesday 15 October 2025. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
