Jemena is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) from parties (Respondents) to provide a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Lump Sum Price for the supply of manual & actuated valves for the Boyne Smelters Limited (BSL) and Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) Facility Replacement (Project Monarch).

The gas metering and regulation facilities for two significant customers on the Queensland Gas Pipeline (QGP), Boyne Smelters Limited (BSL) and Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL), are located adjacent to each other on the QAL site in Gladstone. Both the BSL and QAL facilities are ageing assets that are presenting significant and escalating integrity issues for Jemena. The Scope of Work defines the requirements for the supply of manual and actuated valves. The valves will isolate flow from passing through the various facilities and pipeline.
