Architecture as a Service for developing a detailed Enterprise Resource Planning Strategy

IP Australia is seeking to partner with an Architecture as a Service (AaaS) provider to engage our key stakeholders, analyse current/future state technology requirements, factor wider industry trends, and make strategic recommendations for a contemporary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy and roadmap for the Agency.

The AaaS services being sought will include strong engagement, deep analysis, strategic advice, architectural direction and costed recommendations, culminating in a detailed ERP strategy and roadmap. Advice must be well-informed, timely, and will be used to inform future direction and investment decisions to modernise ERP platforms across the Agency.

Note that the purchase, delivery and ongoing support of future ERP systems is out of scope for this engagement.
