1 Devlin St Long Term Lease

The City of Ryde is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to acquire a 99-year leasehold interest in a landmark vacant mixed-use development site at 1 Devlin Street, North Ryde.

The successful Lessee will also be required to enter into a Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) and complete works to realign Blaxland St.

To access the tender documents, interested parties are required to execute a Non-Disclosure Deed (NDD), which can be downloaded from the City of Ryde's etender site, and provide it to Council via email to procurement@ryde.nsw.gov.au.

Tenderers are to ensure that the subject line of their email is titled COR-RFT-16-25 NDD.

Once the NDD is received, the Tenderer will be provided with a response email which will contain the tender documents and a link to tender data room which contains all the information associated with the tender.
