⁠⁠⁠The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) (the Procuring Entity) brings together Victoria’s energy, environment, water, agriculture, forestry, resources, climate action, and emergency management functions into a single department to maximise connections between the environment, community, industry and economy.

Within DEECA, Agriculture Victoria Research (AVR) delivers transformational impact on productivity in Victoria’s key agricultural industries and protects industries and access to markets through genetic, biosecurity, farm systems and resource use research and innovation.

DEECA invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a tender for the provision of Dairy Staffing Services for the Ellinbank SmartFarm, located at 1301 Hazeldean Road, Ellinbank, Victoria 3281, Australia.

This RFT outlines the requirements, scope of services, and evaluation criteria for the engagement of a contractor to supply skilled personnel to support the daily operations of the dairy enterprise.
