Tender Description
This Stage 1 - RFI invites Respondents to provide information on product solutions, support and maintenance options, experience and capabilities, reference or example sites, which meet the Department’s requirements, and also facilitate an opportunity for industry to inform the Department on innovative options to achieve the project outcomes.
Respondents should be aware that the Department may use information from Respondents to assist the Department to identify, refine, and develop any aspect of the Stage 2 RFT, including the solution’s sustainment and support strategy.
The Department will approach the market in Stage 2 - RFT through a formal tender process with the aim of identifying a suitable supplier and entering into a contract with that supplier. The form and details of Stage 2 RFT will be determined following Stage 1.
Other Instructions:
The selection criteria for Stage 2 – RFT is outlined in this Stage 1- RFI, and the Department will identify the most suitable Respondents within those criteria for further consideration under Stage 2. Only those Respondents that have submitted a response to this Stage 1 – RFI will be considered for Stage 2.
Conditions for Participation:
The Conditions for Participation are:
(a) There are no Conditions for Participation for this Stage 1 - RFI; and
(b) Only suppliers who respond to this Stage 1 - RFI will be considered for the Stage 2 - RFT.
