Tender Description
Land Use Victoria (LUV) within the Department of Transport and Planning is seeking to add a service category to the existing Department of Transport and Planning (DTP Surveying Services Panel (SSP)). The prevailing terms and conditions of that contract remain unchanged, except for products and services procured therein, as applicable only to those companies that choose to participate in this Request for Tender (RFT).
Surveying Services is a newly formed group within LUV that brings together several groups including the Office of the Survey General Victoria (SGV) and Geospatial Declarations and Drawings (which were part of former VicRoads entity) and others. Therefore, for the purposes of managing and providing services under this RFT any references to SGV or Surveying Services within the DTP Surveying Services Panel contract and this document refer to the same entity.
With the formation of the Surveying Services this contract now requires amendment so that additional products and services are able to be procured. This additional category is designed to replace the land surveying services provided under the former VicRoads Panel of Engineering services contract, which expired 30th June 2024.
