Scope of Work:

The Bundoora Technical Development Centre is seeking a qualified security services provider to ensure the safety and security of its premises, personnel and assets. The scope includes irregular daily patrols, 24/7 monitoring and surveillance (including alarms and CCTV), rapid response to security incidents and alarms, emergency support, and management of after-hours site access. The provider will also be responsible for maintaining security systems and ensuring accurate records of personnel on-site outside of normal business hours.

As this is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, the specifics of the package of work relating to breadth of scope, location and timing may be subject to change. If successful, suppliers will be notified of any changes prior to award.

Your EOI response may be referenced or re-used in the next six months if a similar scope of work is required by Rio Tinto.
