Mount Eliza Personal Alarm Call Service (MePACS), operated by Peninsula Health (PH), is seeking to engage an AUSTEL-licensed contractor for the provision, installation, and maintenance of Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS).

MePACS is the current contracted provider of Personal Alert Victoria (PAV). PAV provides a personal alarm and monitoring service for Victoria’s most vulnerable, frail and older residents across Victoria. The MePACS currently cares for approximately 48,000 clients Australia wide. PH is the primary provider of health care services for both the metropolitan and rural residents of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and Frankston region.
