IP Australia (IPA) is seeking to engage a project manager and agile coach to support the delivery of the Interactive Variety Description System (IVDS) and strengthen governance and project management practices within the PBR and Oppositions Group (POG). This engagement involves a short-term specialist contractor to uplift project management capability within POG, which currently operates with limited experience in managing and supporting projects at both the individual and group levels. To enable effective delivery of strategic initiatives, including improvements to PBR’s practices and procedures, and the rollout of IVDS, IPA requires targeted support to mature project management and agile delivery expertise within a compressed timeframe.

The contractor will be responsible for establishing a lightweight and sustainable project governance framework, coaching staff to lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, and supporting business teams (APS5 to EL1) in adopting agile delivery practices aligned to IVDS milestones. Optional delivery of practical training modules may be included to reinforce foundational skills in audit, project, and change management.
