Request for Tender (RFT) for Utah Ring Road Upgrade

Interested parties are invited to tender for the provision of Utah Ring Road Upgrade at Pilbara Ports Port of Port Hedland.  

The works required as part of this tender includes the replacement of approximately 2.5km of the Ring Road located at Utah Bulk Handling Facility in Port Hedland, WA. These works will be staged to facilitate operations during constructions and shall be carried out in separable portions as outlined below:

Separable Portion 1

Bunker 6 and 7 Reconstruction Works (please note this portion is Construct Only)

Separable Portion 2

Stock Yard 1 Ring Road Reconstruction Works (please note this portion is Design and Construct)

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Port of Port Hedland, The Esplanade, Port Hedland on 18 September 2025 1:00 PM.

A mandatory site visit followed by a tender briefing will be organised on Thursday 18 September 2025 commencing at 1pm WST.

All costs incurred for site visits are to be borne by the Tenderer.

Tenderers are required to register for the site visit by close of business Friday 12 September 2025 at emma.vanderlinden@pilbaraports.com.au

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
