EVENT

• Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix: A world class motorsport event held annually at Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit in Melbourne. The event attracts more than 400,000 attendees across four days, featuring global sporting and entertainment offerings.
• Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (MotoGP™): Part of a 20 round international season, the Australian round is staged at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and attracts approximately 90,000 fans across three days. The MotoGP™ has been a premier motorcycle event in Australia since 1989.

AGPC is responsible for the staging of both Events, which together represent two of Australia’s largest and most significant annual sporting events.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Patron Services provider is responsible for the provision of staff across two (2) distinct workforces at both Events:

1. Patron Services

•  Supervisors, Team Leaders, Administration
•  Attendants (Gate, Grandstand, Hospitality, Bus, and Carpark)
•  Customer Service (Booth Attendants, Officers)
•  Spruikers (public announcements of key messages to customers)
•  Relievers

2. Suite Hosts

• Managers, Supervisors
•  Hospitality Facility Suite Hosts and Relievers

The scope of services under this contract includes, but is not limited to:

• Recruitment, rostering and training of workforce personnel (approximately 200–900 staff per Event).
•  Staff relocation and logistics including transport, accommodation, meals and venue transfers (specific to Phillip Island).
•  Establishment and management of check in and break zones.
•  Uniform management (provided by AGPC), including stock count, distribution, dry cleaning, storage and maintenance.
•  Delivery of service aligned with worldclass major event standards.
•  Post event debriefing, staff insights and continual improvement reporting.
