Boort District Health of 31 Kiniry Street, Boort 3537 ABN 61 440 342 041, a Public Health Service incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Health Services Act 1988 as amended is seeking responses to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of Internal Audit Services at Boort District Health (Internal Audit).

Additional risk assessment and business assurance services may also be required, and the Registrant should state the Registrant’s willingness and ability to meet additional requests as required.

Boort District Health provides urgent care, hospital, residential aged care and community health services in the Loddon Shire. Our catchment has some unique demographic features and challenges, including an ageing population, mix of wealth and disadvantage, higher than average rates of disadvantaged children and family violence and higher than average rates of chronic diseases and mental health issues. These factors present challenges for our staff and community in providing and accessing the best care where and when it is needed in the community.

The term of the contract with the successful registrant will be three years with a 1 x one year option.

BDH is seeking responses to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of Internal Audit at BDH.

The purpose of this RFQ process is to assess the ability of Registrants to undertake the Internal Audit and to seek the best value outcome for BDH.
